MY Ursus: Engineering a Complex Yacht Extension
Mulder Design’s refit of the yacht Ursus presented unique engineering challenges: extending the compact 24m vessel to 30m required precise 3D-scanned hull cuts and structural upgrades to meet new class requirements, while relocating equipment like frequency cabinets and a tender crane demanded creative solutions in extremely confined spaces.
